Basically, Mabata consists of several different user levels. Whereas the administrator manages mandators and high-level configuration tasks, the high-level mandator (or super user) manages phones and lines as well as users and groups defined by the administrator. At the mandator level, a hierarchical tree end user manages his personal settings configuration tasks. This user is usually closely related to the CUCM administrator. The responsibility for users and groups is defined by the structure consisting of mandators who are empowered to appoint submandators. Hence, the country manager may define the site managers as submandators. Finally, the endusers administer their equipment and personal settings like forwards, speed dials and personal details.
